The Freshman year curriculum consists of 13 technique courses that walks quilters through the majority of uses for each tool taught. During the freshman year, students are learning how to use the tools and then identify these fundamental units in other quilt patterns so that they can apply these tools to traditional piecing methods.
Each class, with the exception of the bonus Migrating Geese class, has a supporting Tucker University Design Sheet that is to be distributed to students as a part of their class. The design sheet gives students even more ideas on how to incorporate their new skills in to blocks they can design.
Students will be amazed at how easy it is to improve their piecing accuracy with the use of the Studio 180 Design tools and techniques.
